This is AWESOME!

This is a really cool little slide show movie. It reminds me a bit of the inspirational posters in guidance counselors offices but it reminds me of what we talk about in PUG. By the way I found it on Mitzi Dulan's blog she is a RD and the nutritionist for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals.
